Good Morning,

Does anyone know of a system other than Carelink that can be serviced through Bury Counc, that allows one to be able to contact emergency services in the event of a fall etc. which does not have to use a telephone line?

Hello

I am not aware of any systems that will enable you to be connected to emergency services in event of a fall without a telephone line. I am guessing you may be thinking of a device that possibly connects to a call centre or a pager.

It may be a useful to contact your local council and speck to the telecare department to check if they know of any other devices that could be used in an event of a fall other than the carelink.
